A few common questions.
Do I need real-time monitoring or a USB logger?
Choose real-time when you need available readings and alerts during transit. Choose USB when a temperature history downloaded at destination is sufficient. Your route, required measurements and reporting needs will guide the decision.
Are cloud access and subscriptions extra?
Cloud platform and mobile app access are included with V-Series purchases, with no ongoing subscription fees. USB loggers provide their reports directly through USB.
Which probe model should I choose?
V5Y combines internal and external-probe temperature measurements with connected reporting. M1E records probe temperature for USB download and includes a display. Confirm the temperature range, placement and any protocol requirements with RTDL.
